Triathlon Western Australia is seeking a dynamic sports management professional for the role of Executive Director who will be responsible for managing and overseeing the strategic development goals of Triathlon WA. The position involves high operational capabilities, with a focus on growth and sustainability of triathlon within WA.
To be considered for this role you will have a strong track record in strategic leadership, demonstrated staff and operational management experience and ability to enhance relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will also have demonstrated experience in developing the commercial, sponsorship and marketing opportunities within an organisation. 

Essential to the role:

• Business, Sports Management and/or Event management qualifications with senior experience within the sporting or event management industry.
• Demonstrated ability to strategically engage a diverse range of stakeholders within a local / national matrix. 
• Demonstrated organisational and management skills 
• Demonstrated experience in developing the commercial, sponsorship and marketing opportunities within an organisation. 
• Excellent communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills
• Highly computer literate, with a broad understanding of information technology and its application.  
• Financial & Budget Management experience and understanding 
• Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
