Interested in triathlon but not sure how to get started? Determined to get fit for summer but not sure where to begin? Know someone who answers yes to both of these questions?

Why not sign up for a novice triathlon course. They are a great, fun way to get started in the sport. You get access to accredited coaches, in a supportive environment, with people just like you. They usually run for 8-10 weeks and include a run, swim and cycle session each week. Several of our affiliated clubs are set to offer novice courses over the coming months.
