This Sunday is shaping up to be a great day on the Rockingham foreshore. The predicted warm weather won’t stop the 700 triathletes registered from taking to the course across 4 different events – a SunSmart Kids Triathlon, an Enticer, an Age Group Sprint and an Open Draft Legal
Points for the Interclub Series will be hotly contested on Sunday with over 350 racing for their club. You can see how many of your club mates are racing alongside you here:

The race will also see both Junior and Senior TWA athletes earning points towards the Triathlete of the Year awards in the State Series. The top 10 Triathlon WA members from each age group will receive points in the Series
With fierce competition heating up in the Triathlon WA Interclub Series and the State Series returning for 2021, it's sure to be an action-packed morning!
Age group athletes from 7 years to 70 plus will take to the calm waters of Rockingham Foreshore, flat fast bike course and spectator friendly run. The course is perfect for the first timer or the seasons athlete
The morning also plays host to our Open Draft Legal race, featuring a host of local talent including 2019/20's State Sprint Champion Jonny Sammut, and last year's Triathletes of the Year Nick Thompson and Madison Toovey. They will be joined on course by a host of young up-and-coming talent and experienced professional triathletes alike, including international racing sensations such as Felicity Sheedy-Ryan and David Bryant.
The event proudly supports our Charity Partner, Breast Cancer Care WA, an organisation that, since 2000, has provided specialist breast care nursing, counselling, and financial support to women and men affected by breast cancer, as well as their partners and families, throughout the WA community.
Thank you to our major partners for the event, The Gardens and the City of Rockingham, as well as our other sponsors and partners, Vorgee and 97.3 Coast Live for their support for this event.
Thank you also to the Rockingham Triathlon Club for their support and work locally in the lead up to and delivery of the event.
